My Hard Reality Check Since I Turned 34…

I turned 34 recently...

It seems like yesterday I was sneaking into gyms and editing my first ever video.

Now ITL is getting bigger and bigger, I have a family, and our team is getting bigger and bigger every few months. 

Man, time flies.

For me, every birthday just reminds me that time waits for no one.

When you take a step back and look at your life, you gotta be willing to answer some hard truths.

Are you living your life to your fullest potential?

Are you doing what you love and spending it with the people you love?

Are you doing right by the people who depend on you and look up to you for guidance and support?

Or are you settling…

Clocking in, day in and day out, being okay living a life that doesn’t fire you up every morning with excitement and purpose?

As I get older, I’m really beginning to realize the value of my time.

I know it sounds cliché, but you feel it a lot once you start seeing the dates change…

Every year, the candles take up more space on the birthday cake than the year before.

It’s therapeutic to slow down at times and just appreciate the present.

So I hope you’re making the most of every day, every hour, every minute – it’s now or never.

There’s no perfect moment.

Live for today. 

Live for the moment.
